Over the past year I have unintentionally allowed things to build up and ignored my health, in particular my mental health. Something triggered me in the run up to the festive period and from that moment and for the whole Christmas period I could not function.
It’s okay to feel lonely…right?!
It was okay, it is okay to feel lonely sometimes and it’s definitely okay to talk about it.
You can’t polish a s**t situation but…
As my friend said ‘you can't polish a shit situation’ and it is a crappy situation but we can manage it as best we can for ourselves.
