2022, The Year I Ruined Christmas…
Over the past year I have unintentionally allowed things to build up and ignored my health, in particular my mental health. Something triggered me in the run up to the festive period and from that moment and for the whole Christmas period I could not function.

Alcohol, friend or foe…

The common excuses of work functions/dinners (a big one for me), socialising and peer pressure are now invalid. Get out of the habitual thinking that the glass of red is going to take the edge off the day or that G&T is the start of the weekend.
